Employers: Is Your Online Job Application Technology Working Correctly in Business and at Work?

A 1st-level LinkedIn connection posted / promoted a few jobs on LinkedIn last week, and out of curiosity, I clicked on one of them. There was nothing there:

 

 

Odd – the job posting looked like it was connected to a LinkedIn company page, and I then searched for it on LinkedIn – it didn’t exist:

Then I went to their website, and clicked on the Careers tab; in order to view their open job postings, I had to sign up for an applicant account in their online applicant tracking system (ATS); that didn’t work, either:

 

 

Going back to the main Careers page, thankfully the HR manager’s email address was there to assist in the application process – clearly, it needed a lot of help on several levels.
